About the University
Pskov State University implements educational programs of a classical university: pedagogical, engineering, IT, humanities, natural sciences, legal, and management: about 200 educational programs. In addition, it trains specialists for the healthcare sector. This dynamically developing university, located on the border of three states, has a large 90-year history and a wide partner network not only within the territory of the Russian Federation but also beyond its borders. The mission of Pskov State University is to train highly qualified, competitive specialists with fundamental knowledge in the field of professional activity and general cultural competencies in the interests of the economic, political, social, historical, and cultural development of the Pskov region as a border region, taking into account the development of high-tech and high-tech sectors of the economy, as well as the needs of the labor market of the Northwestern region of the Russian Federation.

The largest university library in the Pskov region, containing more than 600,000 printed publications and providing access to electronic scientific and educational resources.

This is a coworking space, meeting rooms, and five lecture halls "Education", "Ecology", "Safety", "Technology", "Health". Here, they conduct professional development courses, organize lectures and public meetings, and implement international and educational projects.
Universant Pool
The swimming pool "Universant" is located at 25 Plekhanovsky Posad Street. It has six lanes of 25 meters each, with a depth of 1.2 to 1.8 meters. Water purification is carried out using ozone treatment. A qualified team of trainers is working.
PIS of the Union State
The buildings of the Advanced Engineering School of Hybrid Technologies in Machine Tool Building of the Union State are located on Tolstoy Street. The buildings are equipped with educational workshops and educational spaces, and there is a gym for students and staff.
Educational and Laboratory Building
The structure of the educational-laboratory complex includes educational, laboratory, and academic blocks, departmental and administrative-household premises, as well as the Accreditation and Simulation Center of Pskov State University. The laboratories and offices are equipped with modern equipment.

The center of Pskov today cannot be imagined without the building of the main building of Pskov State University, located at Lenin Square, house 2.
The building houses the auditoriums and laboratories of the Faculty of Physics and Mathematics, as well as the Institute of Humanities and Linguistic Communications, a canteen, a gym, and administrative premises.
